*Cleanup  (Remember to take special care:  Basin and chocolate may be hot.)

1.
Turn off the Fountain and allow the chocolate to flow back into the basin.  Remove the auger from inside the center cylinder.  And rinse under hot water.

2. Place auger in trash bag and place back in case.
Take a rubber spatula and scrape chocolate off of the crown, cylinder and tiers. 

3. Remove the crown, cylinder, and tiers, rinse under hot water and place in trash bags and place back in case.  

4. Remove the remaining chocolate from the basin and discard wipe the basin as well as possible.  (Never immerse the fountain basin in water.  Doing so may cause damage to electrical components and will cost you money for repairs.)

5. Place in trash bag and put back in case.  We will do the final cleaning at the store.

Do not
pour melted chocolate down drain.  This may result in pipe stoppage and damage when chocolate hardens.
